At Yumsentials, we want you to feel confident trying our product. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Taste Guarantee covering your first two pouches—no return needed.

30-Day Taste Guarantee

If you’re a first-time Yumsentials customer and our product isn’t the right fit, we’ve got you covered:

  • Applies to your first two pouches as a first-time customer.
  • For subscription orders, this guarantee applies only to your first delivery. Subsequent renewals are not eligible for the Taste Guarantee.
  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@yumsentials.com.
  • We’ll issue a full refund for those first two pouches.
  • No need to return opened pouches.
  • Limit: One Taste Guarantee refund per household (defined as the same billing address, shipping address, or payment method).

Important Notes

  • This guarantee applies to first-time customers only.
  • Except as expressly stated above, purchases are non-refundable once shipped.
  • Customers are responsible for managing or canceling subscriptions before their next scheduled renewal.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable state and federal law.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, including multiple orders placed to exploit the guarantee, fraudulent payment information, or other activity indicating misuse of this policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@yumsentials.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us: Send a note to support@yumsentials.com with your order number and reason for your request. (If you’re open to it, a quick note about your experience helps us improve—but this is completely optional).
  2. Processing: Refunds are issued promptly after approval, typically within 2–3 business days.
  3. Credit: Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to post the credit to your original payment method.
