Thank you for shopping with Henceforth Capital LLC dba Yumsentials (“we,” “us,” or “our”). The following Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and is part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please ensure your address is entered correctly to avoid delays.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed later in the business day or on weekends/holidays will typically begin processing the next business day.
- Processing times are separate from the shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days after the order leaves our warehouse.
- Note: Delivery times are carrier estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.
Free Shipping Threshold
- Subscription Orders: Always enjoy FREE standard shipping on all active subscription orders.
- One-Time Orders: Free standard shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $70+ (calculated after discounts and before taxes).
- Standard Rate: For one-time orders under $70, a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 applies.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Additional fees may apply for reshipment due to incomplete addresses.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our fulfillment process is designed to ship orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have entered processing (which typically occurs shortly after placement). Please double-check your items and address before completing your purchase.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Shipments
- Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@yumsentials.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
- Lost/Stolen: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors first. If still missing, contact us within 7 days. If tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, we may require additional verification before issuing a replacement. We are not responsible for theft after delivery, but we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
